We are unable to provide technical support for OS issues, application configuration, programming, server configuration, and directly to your end customers.

Our VPS service is self-managed, meaning that we target experienced users that do not need technical support and are comfortable and knowledgeable managing VPS by themselves. This allows us to cut our costs dramatically and we take this opportunity to pass along the savings to you. Of course, we provide a variety of online support materials.

It usually takes 24-48 hours for any changes to show by WHOIS. This is called domain propagation. When an updated has been made to a domain name, this new information needs to be spread through the entire Internet. This process is called propagation. Propagation usually takes about 24-48 hours to be completed.

WEBKEEPERS plans can host any international domains on the servers. However, we currently do not support registering international domain names. When you have registered your international domain name or any other domain name you would need to change your domain's DNS information to our name servers. YES, you can. We can provide hosting services for any type of domains. However, WEBKEEPERS cannot register international domains. You will need to register your international domain at the corresponding domain registry. YES. When new versions of your OS or applications are released they will be available to install by simple clicks via the Plesk control panel.

YES. You have full control of your VPS account, just like your own dedicated server.

YES. Full access to your VPS account as root. We offer true VPS accounts, and root access is one of the greatest benefits of a VPS server.

YES! This is the best feature of VPS accounts. However, the number of domains/sites is determined by the number allowed by the Plesk license. You can increase the number via our optional add-ons.

Your new VPS account will be setup as soon as we verify authenticity of your order. Although we have the capability to setup your account instantly after the order is submitted, we need to verify your order. This is done, unfortunately, due to the volume of fraud that plagues the Internet. We will call you as soon as your order is placed to the number you provide during your order process. So, if verification is completed, valid orders should be setup within minutes.
